• All rates and fees are quoted in US Dollars
  • A deposit of $1000 per hunter is required in order to confirm booking.
  • Cancellation: Any cancellation made less than 8 (eight) months before the date of arrival will result in a waver of your deposit, unless a re-booking can be arranged. A 50% refund of the deposit will apply if a cancellation is made more than 8 (eight) months before the date of arrival.
  • Payments: Only cash or travelers cheques (checks) will be accepted. We regret, but no credit cards.
  • Final payment must be made no later than the last day of your hunting safari.
  • Trophy fees are payable on all animals bagged or wounded.
  • All quotations are valid for three 3 (three) months.
  • Prices and terms subject to change without notice.
  • There will be no refund on package trophies that were wounded or shot at. The animal will only be refunded if the hunter was not given a chance at a shot; the animal will then be refunded at 20% less than prices on trophy list.
  • Upgrading of packages can be done.
  • Travel, medical, and personal insurance is recommended.
  • All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure the safety of our guests and their possessions, but we accept no responsibility, directly or implied, for losses, injury or damages whatsoever.
  • All guests are required to sign a personal indemnity contract, before commencement of the safaris and tours.
